After-sales and Guarantee 

JIAYUE is one of the most famous companies for fountain design and manufacturing in China. We have the good reputation for our engineering and projects, and becomes into the sign of the quality guarantee and good service. Keeping good reputation to develop our brand, providing great service for our customers is the constant purpose for JIAYUE.

Quality and Construction period

Jiayue promises that the construction quality of fountain project we undertook shall be certificated; The construction period of general installation is about 90 days.

Warranty

The warranty is two years for all the fountain equipment from the date of acceptance; In addition, we can provide maintenance and fix works for equipment all the time and basic cost of them shall be paid to Jiayue during expired warranty period.

Training

During the installation and debugging, Jiayue can train three operators and three maintenance personal for the owner. After debugging, the train time can be extended according to owner’s requirements to ensure their following cooperation and maintenance.

After-sale services

I  The checking and acceptance by the owner shall be taken according to drawings after  completion. A special maintenance team shall be built to keep 5 hours for that checking and acceptance.

II  Re-debugging every half a year shall be taken during warranty.

III  After installation and debugging, Jiayue will provide the whole set of finished documents and data, operation details, maintenance instruments and daily maintenance handbook.

The necessaries issued by the tender company

As to the design of great scale digital music fountain, Jiayue can provide the corresponding modification and adjustment of fountain plan in accordance with the owner’s demand and requirements.
